If you accept calls to mobile or landline numbers without WeCall, then you face the following disadvantages:
- Calls go to only one manager only, while another employee is ready to answer them. Customers might lose their temper if they wait for too long. WeCall will redirect the call to the second employee.
- You might have 1 or 2 simultaneous calls on your number. In case of another call, the customer will hear a busy signal, and you will never know about it to call back. WeCall will receive all calls, play a melody and direct the call to an available employee. In case of a missed call you will receive a notification about it and will be able to call back.
- Most likely, your phone is only available locally. With WeCall you can work from anywhere in the world. This is especially true under present day conditions, when remote work has become very common.
- You don’t have control over call statistics and you don’t record them. WeCall records all calls, which disciplines employees, allows you to analyze conflict situations and train new employees. WeCall shows all the statistics of calls to the company, and also details it for each employee, showing both the best and the most inefficient managers.
- You don’t have integration with your CRM, and you’re not as effective as you could be. WeCall can be integrated with all popular CRMs.
